As principal, Guy has structured, diligenced and executed seven single-asset vehicles, around $54M in total, across early-stage equity, SAFEs and convertibles, credit, trade finance and asset-backed finance. About two-thirds of that capital came from private investors: family offices and UHNW individuals.
As founder, he has co-founded and built five companies, including a logistics marketplace sold to a strategic buyer in 2022, and two buy-and-build platforms that are live today. He has hired and led twelve direct reports and held CEO, CFO and COO roles.
